Some of these are just a lie. I was in Spain & Greece and the internet sucks and it's expensive for the speed you got. In Spain I had 512 kb/s for 39 euros/month and in Greece 512kb/s for 24 euros/month. I`n Romania for 10 dollars/month I got 7,2 mb/s.

Well,looks like Europe has a problem with Internet speeds.But this data is an average taken after collecting samples from various places.Maybe you were unlucky enough to be in the wrong places. :D
